  To be honest, one of the female staff was incredibly short and rude to me. Paid for my fuel and asked if there was a bathroom that I could use. Was abruptly told to go look elsewhere, and when I politely asked if she knew of somewhere else to go, I got a vague direction of "somewhere down the road will serve you". The phrase "treated like a junkie" came to mind. Would fill up my hsv anywhere but there from then on.

  I did think this place was good . the customer service was great when the old owners had it. Since the new Owners quality of service is down typical of the style of services station owners like these guys.

  Best 7/11 around! The two guys that work there always greet you with a hello and a smile and they even greet you by your name if you go there often enough. Great service for the daily commute. And good range of foods.

  Since new owners very very rude and disrespectful have no idea on costumer service or how to treat there. Costumers I never go there now

  My 15 year old daughter was abused by the shorter of the 2 male staff members today when she accidentally spilt coffee over at the coffee machine. He even threatened to "check the security cameras" to incriminate her as the "coffee spiller"... meanwhile, the reason it spilt was the metal adjustable level was jammed. Well played power tripper, intimidating a child mate when it's your job to keep your equipment in functioning order.... ohh and to be pleasant to your customers, clearly you're an epic fail at both.

  For a brand new store, disappointments with the new promo $1 Slurpee machine only having two out of the four flavours running. The other flavours all has error lights with defrosted gross looking syrup laying dormant in where the usually frosted view glass is.
  Went then to grab the new promo Cheeseburger pie out of the large heated pie display cabinet, & for 3:30pm on a Saturday afternoon not only where there no Cheeseburger pies, there was nothing else in the hot food display other than a sausage roll and one plain pie.
  So again walked out empty handed.
